The system provides:
- Information on more than 14,000 proposed and completed projects at your fingertips.
- Paperless applications – online submission of grant applications.
- Up-to-date information on the status of applications, contracts, and bills.
- Electronic storage of contract documents.
- Summary or detailed reports.
PRISM has several components
Sponsors can use PRISM Online to start project applications, enter billings, and submit progress/final reports. PRISM Online also provides grant recipients summary information on ongoing and completed projects. First time PRISM user can request a new PRISM account here. Watch PRISM Training videos for tips on how to start a new application, how to submit a progress/final report, and other helpful information.
PRISM 2007 Project Workbench
The PRISM 2007 Project Workbench component is no longer required to be used by sponsors to complete grant requirements. Some sponsors, however, may still want to use the system for the reporting features it offers. PRISM 2007 is still used by RCO staff for numerous grant management activities.
Project SearchProject Search provides the public with the ability to see details on all grants submitted and funded by RCO. The information is real-time data and can be displayed in charts, lists, and maps.
PRISM User Accounts
If you need to apply for grants or edit data in PRISM, you will need to create a PRISM user account.
If you are interested in only viewing PRISM data, we recommend you use PRISM Project Search. This web based tool will allow you to search for any project in the PRISM database by using the search criteria or the interactive map. Once you have found the project using Project Search, you will be able to view Project Snapshot that displays current project information along with photos and project attachments.
You may also use PRISM 2007 to view project data in the PRISM database. For this level of access, you will need to download and install PRISM 2007 on your computer and then check the “Read-Only” box on the LOGIN screen.
