The Washington State Salmon Recovery Funding Board will hold its ninth biennial conference April 18-19, 2023 in Vancouver, Washington.
The in-person event offers an exciting opportunity to display your organization’s projects, products, or programs and to connect one-on-one with people active in salmon recovery.
The theme of the 2023 Salmon Recovery Conference, A Shared Future, reflects the desire to hear unique perspectives about salmon recovery.
In 2023, we anticipate 650 attendees from throughout the region during the 2 days. Attendees include professionals from a variety of disciplines and geographies. The conference draws people from tribal, federal, state, and local governments; salmon recovery regional organizations and lead entities; regional fisheries enhancement groups; conservation districts; academia; utilities; businesses; commercial and recreational fishing interests; and nonprofits, as well as students, volunteers, and private landowners.

Financial Information and Payment
Washington State’s Salmon Recovery Funding Board and the Recreation and Conservation Office have contracted with Western Washington University – Conference Services for conference management support for the 2023 Salmon Recovery
Conference. The Western Washington University Foundation is serving as the fiscal agent for tax-deductible sponsorships and contributions.
Payment for sponsorship will be made via the secure sponsor payment page during the registration process via credit card. If there is another method of payment you would prefer, please reach out to conferences@wwu.edu to request an alternative method.
Per U.S. Internal Revenue Service regulations, the deductible amount of your charitable contribution is limited to the amount that exceeds the fair market value of the goods or services received in exchange for your sponsorship.
Complimentary Conference Registration Information
All sponsorships include complimentary registrations. To register, you will need the following information for each registrant:

- E-mail address
Additional registrations can be made through the standard conference registration site after January 4, 2023.
