Labor Rates

Professional Skilled Labor Rates

Donated Standard Labor Rate:

  • $24 for contributions made from January 1, 2026 to present.
  • $22 for contributions made from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
  • $21 for contributions made from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2024.

Prevailing Wage Rate: All state-funded projects must pay contractors the state prevailing wages. For some federally funded projects, the Davis Bacon law may apply when determining wages.
