The Firearms and Archery Range Recreation Advisory Committee evaluates applications for grants in the Firearms and Archery Range Recreation program.
These projects acquire, develop, and renovate shooting and archery ranges and facilities.
Qualifications
- Live in Washington
- Interested in public policy
- Able to seek creative solutions and appreciate other perspectives
Support
- RCO will provide the training needed to evaluate grants
- Stipends are available to eligible committee members
Time Commitment
- Two to four full days of virtual meetings every other fall/winter
- Policy feedback time commitment varies
